Quads,Calves,Abs,Lower Back:
Quads: Leg Press: 3 plates-20 4plates-15 5plates-12 6plates-10 7plates- 8 4plates- 20
Rested between sets until my breathing was ALMOST back to normal.
Step-Ups On High Platform: 30-12 30-12 30-12
I was going to go heavier on these,but my legs were shot from Leg Presses, and the platform I used was higher than normal.............. which kicked my ass!!
Super-Set: {Leg Extensions: 90-12 90-12 90-12 {Cybex Lying Leg Sled: 7plates-12 9plates-12 11plates-12
Hardly any rest!! #aseeingstars5gt#
Adductor Machine: 130-15
Calves: Standing Calf Raise: 225-20 315-15 405-12 405-12 315-15 225-15 225-15 225-15
Did half reps after at the end of all sets,and stretched in bottom position on all sets.
Lower Back: Hyperextensions: 20-no weight 25-15,drop plate and do 5 more 25-15,drop plate and do 5 more
Abs:
Giant-Set: {1/4 Situps On Decline-2 x failure {Rope-Crunches-2 x 30 with 10 plates {Crunches-2 x 30-40 {Lying Leg Raise-2 x failure
Roman Chair Situps On GHR Machine: 3 x 15
Good one........hobbled out of the gym after 80 minutes total gym time!!

Chest,Cardio:
Chest: Dumbell Inclines: 60-12 75-8 90-6 80-8 60-12 Hadn`t done these in a long time.......really surprised that I could clean the 90`s without any back pain......especially since the combined weight of the 2 dumbells weigh more than I do right now!! ;D
Never did get the hang of resting the bells on my knees to get them into position..............I just clean them,and fall back on the bench all in one motion.
Was going to try a few with the 100`s but it`s been a while, and I figured why get injured this close to my contest. My back felt really good today......knock on wood!!
Flyes: 45-12 45-10 45-10 Less than a minutes rest between sets.
Crossovers: 4 pl.-15 4pl.-15 3pl.-25 Less than a minutes rest between sets.
Pec-Deck: 5pl.-20 5pl.-15 Almost one continuous set..........very little rest.
Seated Bench Press: 8pl.-15 10pl.-12 Again almost one continuous set..........with very little rest.
Cardio: 30 minutes walking on inclined treadmill......401 calories.
Pretty good workout.
60 minutes total gym time!!

Pulldown Behind Neck: 1 x 20 with 8 plates
Traps: Barbell Shrugs: 135-20 (warmup) 185-20 225-15 225-15 185-20
Neck: Nautilus 4-Way Neck Machine-4 sets all positions,various poundages.
Abs:
Tri-Set: {Roman Chair Situps On GHR Mach.-3 x failure {Lying Leg Raise On Decline-3 x failure {Crunches-3 x failure
Super-Set: {Hyperextensions-1 x 30 no weight {Serattus Crunches-1 x 25 each side

Insane burning pump! #flamingsmiley3zp# Cable Bent-Over Laterals: 2pl.-20 3pl.-12 3pl.-12 2pl.-15 45 seconds rest between sets! Face-Pulls: 6pl.-10 drop to 5pl.-8,drop to 4pl.-8,drop to 3 pl.-10 YOUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Could barely raise my arms,my delts were so pumped!
