Damb Tim!! You're killing me brother! I can't keep up to you. #arockon6ha# Terry........I`M KILLING ME TOO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! #helpsmiley3sh# I just hope to place top 5...........5th. place would be suffiicient. I have done this show 3 times previously and it gets tougher every year. Since I don`t train on weekends (only due to the car,or I would) I`m doing one more high carb/cal/fat day today,2 very low carbs Sat & Sun,then depleting for three days, (probably zero carbs with just water), leaving Thurs.,and carbing up until Sun.,the day of the contest. The contest is on a Sunday which kinda` screws me up,but no biggie. They have it on a Sunday every year......have no clue why!!

You are like Jen. She is known as a monkey at the gym. I turn around and there she is hanging upside down from something by her feet, doing upside down abs like Franco, but with no boots.
Also. Brutal workout Tim
