Thanks Joel.....I had this guy who kept asking me training questions all through the first two exercises on delts.......oh boy!!!! The people at my gym will walk right in front of you while you do a heavy squat and ask how your day is going. I would kill them, but the law frowns upon it!! LOL ;D Next time,I just have to tell the guy that I`d be glad to talk to him after I train..nice guy but I felt like just going off on him.

Great intense workout.....my arms were on swole bigtime!! Triceps were a bit*h to do. I`m definately gonna` try this with arms again but heavier, once I get used to it,and also on delts. Thanks for the tip Keith............great intensity technique!! #bnotworthysmiley5cb# My gym is closed Monday so I get 3 days off,not that I want them.......I`ll hit abs and go for a long walk on one of the days, and eat and rest on the other two as usual. Did it in no time at all......just 11 sets for each part of the arm. 11 sets may seem like a lot,but heavy weights were not a factor as I have gone much heavier, but going this fast without rest, more than compensated for the lack of poundage used. I like the concept.......take one exercise, then add another, then another, then one more, then back for a set of the original movement...........really intense way to train. I doubt if it would be too good on chest or back though, as the tris and bis would be wasted fast, but legs ,arms, delts, and abs should be great. Gonna` try it on legs if the goofs at my gym don`t tie up the eqipment.

Tues. May 30th.Quads,Calves,Lower Back:Quads:One-Legged Leg Press: 2 pl.-20 3pl.-15 4pl.-15 5pl.-12,drop to 3 pl.,for 13 more=25 total reps. These were great.......the leg press machine at my gym has a huge foot platform with a slide bolt in the back, that allows the platform to be split............ideal for working legs unilaterally. Never saw another machine like it...the platform itself must weigh well over 150 pounds in my estimation. Jam`n Squat Machine: 185-12 225-10 225-10 Feet straight ahead, about 6 inches apart....another strange machine I`ve never seen, but it`s effective as hell........legs were shot after these,as it allows you to go rock bottom without bottoming out due to the fact that you`re standing on a raised platform. High Step-Ups: 3 x 10-12 with 30 pound dumbells. Did one leg at a time for increased time under tension. The platform I use is really high, and is used by the football team for plyometrics, the height makes these a bi**h......tougher than they sound, especially with the short rest periods I was attempting. Leg Extensions: 110-12 130-10 90-12,drop to 70 for 3,drop to 50 for 5 more.20 total reps!! OUCH!!!!!! #flamingsmiley3zp# Adductor Machine: 130-20 170-15 Lying Leg Sled: 8 plates-10 wide stance,10 medium stance,10 close stance STICK A FORK IN ME..................I WAS DONE !!!!!! Calves:Super-Set:{Standing Calf Raise: 225-20 315-15 315-15 315-12 225-15 {Leg Press Calf Raise: 2pl.-25 plus half reps 3pl.-20 3pl.-20 3pl.-15 2pl.-25 plus half reps Stretched calves at the end of leg press calf raise!! Lower Back:Reverse Hyper Machine: 25-12 50-12 75-12 100-10 Hyperextensions: 25-15, drop plate and do 5 more 15 really slow and holding the contraction at the top-no weight. Total gym time = 85 minutes !! Can barely walk right now hours later..........gotta` love it!! ;D
