June 2nd.Shoulders,Hamstrings,Abs,Cardio:Shoulders:Cybex seated Lateral Machine: 4pl.-25 6pl.-15 8pl.-12 5pl.-15 Lateral Raise: Up and down the rack,no rest at all. 25-5,27.5-5,30-5,35-5,30-5,27.5-5,25-5,22.5-5,20-5,15-5,10-5 We`re talking 50 reps in good form, with no rest.............intensity at it`s best, and I was in severe/agonizing pain,but loving it!! Cable Laterals: 2pl.-12,drop to 1pl.-13, total= 25 reps each arm. Bent-Over Laterals: 3 x 15 with 30 pounders.no more than 30 second rest periods between sets. Face-Pulls: 5pl.-20 6pl.-15 7pl.-10,drop to 5 pl.,for 10 more Again very short rest periods. Cable Front Raise: 3pl.-15,drop to 2pl.-10 more,drop to 1 pl.,for 10 more OUCH......could barely raise my arms when I was done!! #ataz8pb# Got a little meidevil on delts!! Hamstrings:Lying Leg Curls: 70-15 90-12 110-6 plus half reps 70-12,drop to 50 for 8 more. Seated Leg Curls: 8pl.-15 10pl.-12 9pl.-12 plus half reps 8pl.-12,drop to 6 pl.,for 13 more. Stretched hams in between each set. Abs:Giant-Set:{Rope-Crunches-2 x failurewith 10 plates {Crunches-2 x failure {Lying Leg Raise-2 x failure {Roman Chair Situps-2 x failure Tri-Set:{1/4 Situp On Decline-2 x failre {Ab Machine-2 x 60 with 10,then 11plates respectively {1/4 Situp On Decline-2 x failure Cardio: 30 minutes walking on inclined treadmill-3.3-4.2 MPH-400 calories burned!! Thanks Mo...yeah I`m psyched up,this is my third try at winning this show and I`m tired of going to Rochester! I`ll possibly hit the NABBA Jr. Nationals in August,don`t know yet,but I`m definately gonna` go all out for the NABBA Nationals in early September,then I`ll be done!! Feel really good this year and so far,I`ve done well in a couple of pretty tough contests.

Tim....you are a training MACHINE!!!!! I wish we lived alot closer to each other so we could do some training together and train for the same shows....seems like you have alot more shows to choose from up there, and it also seems that they allow crossover entries alot more than down here.
