Thanks Hoops.........I`m feeling a bit depleted, and cardio was almost a minute at a time today,but one more day of training,then a slight carb up,and I`ll be good to go for Saturday!

Just a few days out....again...LOVIN' IT!!!! I bet you are feeling depleted...but all worth it when you are on that stage!!!!!! ;D I am excited for you!!!! How are you feeling, as far as conditioning for this show?

Thanks Karrie.....I am a bit wiped out,but I look pretty good.
Seem to be holding a little water right now,so hopefully when I stop fluid intake I can lose some of it.
Other than that,I`m pretty much hard, and very vascular .

Abs:
Tri-Set: {1/4 Situps On Decline-1 x failure {Crunches-1 x failure {Ab Machine-1 x failure
Cardio: 20 minutes walking on inclined treadmill 10 minutes eliptical Total calories burned=370
Skipped arms as I think they got enough indirect work............besides, I worked them 3 days in a row.
Did this as fast as I could with very little rest between sets.
Last workout before the show.........thank God....I`m tired!! ;D

June 12th.Quads & Calves:Quads:Leg Press: 3pl.-15 4pl.-15 5pl.-12 6pl.-12 7pl.-10 Front Squat Machine: 185-10 205-10 225-10 Leg Extensions: 110-15 90-15 70-15 Adductor Machine: 110-20 130-20 Dumbell Lunges: 2 x 10 with 35 pounders Missed a week of legs due to the contest,so I know I`ll be as sore as hell tomorrow. Legs were covered with a ton of veins,no doubt from my post-contest eating binge!! Still pumped as hell right now and it`s two hours later,and very shaky and wobbly!! Calves:185-30 225-20 275-15 315-15 315-12,drop to 275 for 5,drop to 225 for 8,drop to 185-10,drop to 135 for 12,then a deep stretch at the bottom. Good one !!
