Lying Leg Curl 100 x 6 110 x 8 120 x 5 120 x 4
Kneeling Alt. 1 Leg Curl 100 x 6 120 x 6 120 x 5! Ouch!
went during lunch today! good workout! place is real nice
im a little baffled how i can do 120 for 4 with both legs on lying leg curl, but i can do 120 with 1 for 5 on the kneeling?

Could it be because of the angle? one is lying down and one is kneeling?

Good numbers Steve.......probably the way the pulleys are set up on the machines.
In the past I have used damn near the entire stack on leg culrs and leg extensions.........on the machines I have access to now,the weight is much lighter.....embarrasing by comparison,gotta` be the leverage or I just got friggin` really really weak! ;D

Haha i hear ya Tim. I like the kneeling leg curl because its plate loaded and it seems to be true weight. i could be wrong tho.
nice workout tho. only 40 min to workout so i did what i could, lots of basics

Ran 2.5 miles and walked 1.5 miles. its about 95 degrees and HUMID here in NY. exhausted plus the DOMS from legs are settling in!

hey bro.. keep up the good work. yeah down here in VA ITs MAJOR hot and humid. I was in it coaching youth kids and I got back later on to coach hs kids. I used to run alot but since I decided to bodybuild, we do "cardio" not running :-P

Good workout.
It was brutaly hot here this weekend too. Like running through a warm wet blanket with the humidity.
Its cold today though. & raining like crazy

yea same here. real crappy, although it died out.
on saturday i went for the jog around noon (hottest time of day, duh) and i was soaked and smelly LOL.

Deff. was. I only rested like a min between exercises and a min between sets as well. its rep range so it called for 2 min rest, i needed to shorten it. felt great tho. cant wait for those DOMS
