Lol, I have 17 " knees, dinosaur bones, hehe, if they were, smaller, my legs would have more flare. But great fot heavy training.

Here's todays effort- Non specific muscle group work- --- Power lifting first today again.Deadlifts {wu 135x 10, from knee level. Then full range- w/u 135x10, 225x5, 315x5 , 405x3, 455 x1, 475x1, 495x 1/2 rep, halfway up- couldn't lock it out. 500- from top (in rack) x 1 neg. Rack deads f-rom knee level-495 x4, 585x1, 675x 1, 755 x2 attempts, couldn't lock out, 705x1. Specific Muscle group work next--- Back---------- / BB rows, (w/u 315 x 4,405x5 ) , 485 x5, 5 smith machine one arm rows w/u 105, 150x 8.R , x 6 L, 200x 4+2FR ea arm. -----Traps--- BB shrugs 500 x 7, preex with smith machine close grip upright rows 245 x 5 -------- . ------ DELTS---- BB Seated Presses {(WU 1 pl a side= 135, 185, 225 x 1, 245x 1,} DB. Laterals 100sx 6! pre ex with BB seated press 225x3. Machine rear laterals 100 x wu. 160, 190, 220 ea x 1 to test strength. 220 x6. ----Biceps _____ Naut preacher curl 100 x wu. stack+9- 209 x 9, 8 BW didn't weigh in before workout, but am, still down in weight from where I was before xmas, 262 last night so eating more today... 1 scoop, 2 scoops ON whey protein, creatine plus, 2 danishes coffee, multivit, b complex, vit c, 2 hyroxycut, 4 oz espresso all earlier before 7pm workout, 1 carboforce during workout, lots of water. After workout, muscle milk, 2 small cheeseburgers, Diet coke, 2 shots crummy vodka.

Up 25 l bs and1 rep, X6 ____ triceps____ . Lifefit tricep -stack plus 45 245x 8! Up 2 reps, x 5 great workout, unreal pump esp upper body. Looking very thick, but a little soft.
