Joel, thanks! No pressure. Update-272 !
Despite having a horrid day where I wasn't able to workout, having had to take my son to a counseling session which wasd rough and stressed me out all day, then having been stuck at work and only having had a cinnamon roll, coffee and two turkey and swiss sandwiches with diet pepsi til I got home, I was pleasantly stunned to weigh in at 272 lbs tonite! 280 doesn't seem too unrealistic now by Feb 1.

280!!! Dude you're huge! Whoa! Not 280 yet! Bouncing between high 260's and low 270's, depending on food and fluid intake but it IS on the radar !

Watched the first part of Hercules Unchained DVD, then hit the gym and did my best Hercules impersonation. . . . Did a few more warmups as I tweaked my knee a little at work weds and hadn't done legs in over a week.... had extra time today, finallly had a day off and time to workout, Mon-thurs were impossibly busy, but made up for it big time tonite!

Killer leg workout James! I don't see how you do it! Have you changed your split? I noticed that you've been doing legs on a day by theirself.

I just get in a zone and do it, what can I say? Lol. I still like the split I was doing, sometimes, like today, there isn't time to do the rest, I will go in tommorrow to do pecs and tris, take a day off and will be doing back, delts on thurs.
