DJ And Milos Indicted? SP?

Is it true? According to GetBig, MuscleMayhem and Pro Prince/Pro Phantom (Not trying to lump them as one), Dennis James and Milos Sarcev were indicted today. Dennis will still be competing, but it looks as if these two could be in serious trouble. I have no idea as why they were indicted though.
DJ seems to have an affinity for the being in handcuffs of late.

i saw that post by Tom Prince and was hoping for more info or confirmation before I posted it.

I`ve been haging around Joe Roark`s board too much!! ;D

Just kidding Joe,as I`m sure you know.

I guess we`ll have to wait and see but it is within probability with the problems they`ve both had in the recent past.

I really like them both ,and won`t go into the moral issues.
