Diet today- notching back the carbs another 10g a day. Today is low day at 100.
6a 40g oats, 30g fiber one, 35g protein blend; 2 VPX Meltdown 9a 7oz chicken 12n 7oz chicken 3p 7oz chicken WO: Vasocharge/40g Xtend 630p 70g oats, 35g protein blend ~290g p/100g c/30g f
I'm also going to try hard to get 1.5-2 gallons of water/liquids in today. I've gotten lax about this. Hard when it's been below 30 degrees since November- and lots of wter gives me the chills. But I need to get back to it. I usually have been getting more like .5-.75 gallons.
Shoulders tonight; day off tomorrow; legs Wednesday then off to the last week of Shock training.

I'm just really into the lifting/diet lifestyle and Tim was kind enough to let me hang here. My weight's held steady at 174 for months but I've dropped a few % points in BF so that's good! But at a skinny-framed 6'2"- I really need to add about another 15lbs lean mass and that'll be a slow go.
