I don't do cereal/milk very often but the fiber one made a nice change of pace from all the oatmeal.

When dieting for a contest I dont add milk, I just eat the Fiber One cereal. But during the rest of the year, Fiber One + Milk is often one of the 6-7 cereals bowls I'm eating during the day!

Friday's Diet 6a 60g Fiber One, 1/2c milk, 9 whites 9a 7oz chicken Noon 7oz chicken Two Donuts! 330p 7oz chicken, 1c quinoa/amaranth WO: 40g Xtend/Vasocharge 630p 80g oats, 35g protein Pizza! ;D Now this is my kind of diet!

I dont even like doughnuts! I have never had quinoa.. So this leaves PIZZA!!!!!!! I may have had some last night..

standing preacher curls/ez bar 80/8/8/7/6 Incline DB curls 30/8/8/7 rev grip ez curls/forearm curls 65 8/8/8 overhead db extensions 70/9/9/8/8 triceps pressdowns/v-grip 80/13 100/6/6/4 no cardio- ran short of time
In Salt Lake City Tue-Thurs; hope to get in cardio every day and some sort of lifting. The hotel gym has cybex and DBs to 65.
I likely won't have time but if I can, I'll try to get to Gold's or Ballys

Pretty good, Steve! My back has been nagging so I stopped to stretch a few times and that helped. I shoulda done 3 sets of decline CGBP but that one really felt bad on the back.
Energy felt good.

Hotel workout
An OK little gym actually- about a dozen Life Fitness treadmills and the same amount of ellipticals and bikes. DB's and some Cybex equipment.
And I couldn't help but workout. I spent the hour right before in a speech by Lance Armstrong. Incredibly inspiring, really got fired up.
Should be leg day/power... instead I cobbled together a leg day using Cybex leg press/extensions and seated leg curls:
Heavy Tri-sets extension/press/curls WU's then: 6/6/6 6/6/6 4/5/6 didn't write down the weights, just figured out the appropriate weights using the warmups to learn the equipment.
Calves on the Cybex press: 330/20 350/20 370/15
45 minutes incline treadmill 12.0/4.3

Good stuff! I've had some pretty good workouts in hotel gyms, some aren't half bad. What was the Lance Armstring tape called? I find myself increasingly intsrested in the whole motivation field. There's some junk out there, but also some really good stuff.

Hip/Back stiff again so I started with plenty of warm-up and stretching, then stretched between the rows... good energy/strength today.
