Legs today then back tomorrow and arms in a different gym. Then I'm on the road, mostly for work, much of the rest of the month so I'll just be trying to maintain... and diet will be wacko.

At last... weeks of business travel is over. Routines have been all over the place... diet not maintainable... did get in a lot of cardio this week. Need to hit it in earnest for the next month.

Going ultra low carb this week. Today was all lean protein (buffalo and lots of chicken, eggwhites) and fat just from those sources plus almonds and natty pb. Only carbs from the nuts (trace) and about 8oz total green beans over the day.
