Heh... had an eye exam at 4p then lifted at 5p... with my pupils dialated... that was a new experience... sorta like having 3D glasses on. #bbeach3nu#
Arms EZBB curls 70 10x5 EZ Forearm curls 45 10x4 CGBP Decline 145 10x5 pressdowns, v-grip 120 10x5 (in case you're paying attention, this was a different cable station. The normal station I use would be 80x10 reps)

Hiya Keith, www.bobsredmill.com/I LOVE this stuff! Far tastier than Quaker oats. It's stone ground. It cooks up creamier and tastes nuttier. I buy it at my co-op but the big chain store sells it too in the organics section. Scottish Oats They also have steel cut like Irish/McCann's or rolled. Also, the 10 grain is nice for a change. Lots of grains, cereals to choose from.
