The diet looks tight as usual Tim! I'm going to make some oven fries on my next carb up day! How many days are you going between carb load days?

Randy,I could eat a truckload of those "fries"....hard to limit myself to just a few! James,I suppose you could switch things up but I would think keeping the samne exercises would give you a better chance of keeping the rest periods short..........no need to get used to different things so you have kind of a patter........hope that makes sense...kinda` confused myself there!! LOL Joel, five days then a carbup day.........repeat.

Sun. July 22nd.
I`m not really too happy with my diet......looks OK on paper,but after two weeks as of tomorrow,I don`t look a helluva` lot leaner at all.
One more week to see if it helps,if not,I`m gonna` drop the PW dextrose,and rice cakes,and increase protein and vegetables.......might even do a 7 day diet,then a carbup day! #smileydunno9gx#
Meal # 1: 5 whole eggs water coffee
Meal # 2: 5 oz. chicken breast 1 Tbsp. olive oil water
Meal # 3: 5 oz. chicken breast 3 rice cakes with natural PB Crystal-Lite

I was concidering doing a ketogenic diet this time, still might but right now I pretty happy with the results I'm getting, you just do what you gotta do, right?
