Yea it will.
disappointed tho because the bars suck at my gym. the knurling is all worn down so i cant get a good grip.

Just gotta keep eating and fueling my workouts and i should grow! im growing now too! i find this style of training good for my body. low rep training really is making me thicker overall!

yea i was VERY suprised at how smooth and easy i was able to CGBP those numbers. in the past i could never CGBP numbers that high (relatively)
