Seated reverse dip machine 4-6reps 2sets
Ez bar pushdown 4-6reps 2sets
Cg ezbar curl 4-6reps 3sets
Alt. DB curl 4-6reps 3sets
On top of that I bumped into Victor Martinez at around 12am. Right now as I post this it is 2:14am. Saw Victor come in , talked to him for a bit, and he went off to do his cardio 5 days from Mr. O Then he came back out and talked to him for a little bit more and he left back to his hotel. Made my day ;D

He got done in about 20-30min.
If anything tonight when I do legs I may see some other pros.
I currently workout at the gym that Gustavo works out at.

OUch!! I got my teeth worked on and I can barely eat right now, my gum is insanely sore and biting anything is out of the question. Seems like I'll be drinking protein and sipping oatmeal for awhile, this training journal would have to be on hold

Felt good in this workout.
Legs on Wednesday! After months of layoff.

10-11-07 Legs Full squats 4sets Leg press 3sets Stiff leg deadlift 3sets Hamstring curl 3sets Went lighter than usual but still a "give it all i have" workout so it was intense. I haven't squated for months. It isn't too bad, for being the first leg workout in a long time, the weights i was tossing around was very good. I can feel my legs nicely tense and pumped. Only problem was with the Leg press. I was using that same leg press machine that Jay Cutler used in his Ripped To Shreds Dvd (red leg press machine). I think I'll have to readjust the seat next time to a lower setting. I had it a bit upright , when I had lighter plates on the machine it felt fine and I can hit the safety pin at the lowest position. But as the weights got heavier I can really feel my back start to "round up" when trying to get deep. Other than that it was a great workout

Chest/Calves
Flat Benchpress 3sets
Inc. Hammer Strength Press 3sets
Bodyweight Dips 3sets
Seated Calf raise 3sets
Standing Calf raise 3sets
First time in a LONG LONG time in doing any kind of chest work. Amazingly, I am doing just as much weight as I was when I was weighing 160-170lb. Right now I weigh in at about 125-130 with abs.
Also for the first time I am incorporating bodyweight Dips into my chest workout. I was never strong enough to do multiple reps with my bodyweight with dips and now I'm glad I can do it now. I'm gonna take advantage of this and do as much bodyweight dips as I can while I'm still "light". With the 3sets, I did about 4-6reps which was what my goal was for this Power Week.
The calf exercises were done set after set without rest besides changing the weights.
Today is a good training day.
I will do Back tomorrow

I bet you look and feel much better at a lighter bodyweight huh?
BTW,dips rock........try to add a rep or two to at least one set each chest day until your crancking out sets of 10-12.
