OK. Its time. Time to start the contest dieting. TOO early you say? Nahhhhh.. I want a big head start. Nothing drastic. The cals will still be at 3500-4000 per day. Just switching the nutrients around a bit. More fat, less carbs. Thats it for now. I'm doing the same very soon Randy… I STRONGLY believe that SLOWLY reducing our bodyweight is a major key to muscle retention! PS: Hey Randy… I received my passport!!!! Thats GREAT! You two coming Rafting and sky diving with us???

Was the 500lb. squat a pr? Good job! Nope... Would have to beat 515, which would have been no prob today if I did not do the previous sets. I think I could have done about 550 today fresh. We'll see..

We'll see.. Wow! I've never had that much on my back! Do you do them power style or more high bar style? Do you wrap? Its impressive either way just curious!

Hey Joel. I would say a cross between PL + BB styles. Bar is low on the traps. The only wraps I use are wrist wraps. The weight kills my wrists. No knee wraps or belt. No belt or straps on deads either..

11/23/07 Not so good day today. Too much stress and not enough eating!!! I am too concerned about my dog. Did what I could. I switched from my power routine to pure RAMO seeing as my power was fairly low! Deads 500 x 2 500 x 1 465 x 4 CG V bar pulldown 3 x RP sets. Drops on last Trap bar row 3 x RP sets Wide pulldown 3 x RP sets. Drops on last Hammer low row 1 x RP set. 1 x double drop set. Sorry. Cant remember weights. Just had at it. Felt pretty good though, other than the deads.. Very impressive numbers in the deadlifts. What deads were they? Conventional or Sumo?? With or without straps? What's your current bodyweight?? Looking forward to the progress bro....keep it coming.
