Great workout Randy!! I`ll keep you posted as far as me doing the MuscleMania goes...........so many contests,so little time!! Yeah, but we may be able to persuade Mo to do this one as well!

Looking at April myself Rubes! Diet started already, started the first of December...

Squat 405 x 5 405 x 4 405 x 3 (Used Joel as inspiration on this set. I asked myself if he would stop here..... Hell NO!!)
DB lunges (Length of power room. About 40 steps) 35 x Down and back 50 x Down and back w/ 2 RP's 65 x Down and back w/ 2 RP's
HOLY "S"!!!!!! I was fried at this point!
Stand calf 200 x 12 DC style (OUCH)
