SATURDAY 1-5-08 SHOULDERS/TRI'S
milt press(10 sec r/p per rep) set 1: 225x1x8 set2: 225x1x8
wg upright row(10 sec r/p per rep) set 1: 105x1x8 set2: 115x1x8
bent laterals 50x6 60x6
bb schrug 295x6 330x6
cg bench(10 sec r/p per rep) set1: 225x1x8 set2: 255x1x8(had very little pain but still there in shoulder with this movement)
skulls 170x6 170x6(was supposed to do r/p dips but i tried body weight and after 1 rep i knew they were not going to be able to be done)
unilateral seated db overhead ext 35x6 40x6(these are hell to do with a bad shoulder. Had to have someone stabalize my shoulder when doing them)
CARDIO 30 MINUTES
SUNDAYS CARDIO 40 MINUTES
MONDAYS CARDIO 30 MINUTES

ADVANCED POWER WEEK 8 [/center] TUESDAY 1-8-08 LEGS squats 385x8x2(PR FOR THIS WEIGHT AND REPS) leg ext 170x10x3 leg press 300x15 310x15 unilateral leg press 170x20 110x50 sldl 225x8 245x8 275x8 lying leg curls 110x10 110x14 unilateral leg curls 50x20 10x50(yes 10# for 50 reps seems light but it was painfull) legs are just toasted. Being able to get 385 for 8 reps twice just blew me away. Never before have i gotten this for 8. My best was 3. So to be carb depleted and get this just got me going even more with my workout...

lying cable curls to forehead 32x50 oh the lactic acid buildup and pump was crazy

1 arm seated rows(3 sec. negatives) 100x8 100x8 *slow negatives are a killer*
rg bent bb row(head braced) 95x20 65x30(wanted 50..damnit)
rack deads 350x8 350x8
weighted hypers 45x10 70x15 *sh*t that was painfully fun. freaking lower back was tight and pumped after that*
good mornings 115x20 Almost didnt make it to 20

Thanks to everyone for the props.
everything is going well and my diet is spot on and tight. leaning out very nicely and feel that i am ahead of the ballgame. At least thats the way it looks in the mirror.
