TRI SET: seated db curl 50x10 bb curl 80x10 preachers 80x10
hammers(failure drop set) 40x8 drop 35x10 drop 30x11 drop 25x15 *my arms were freaking killing me*
SUPER SET: bb rev wrist curl 30x12 bb wrist curl 50x20
This worlouk hard for me from start to finish. REALLY low energy plus fighting a cold and not getting much sleep cause of the cold made this a HARD workout for me to get through. Felt like i could barely hold myself up i was so tired. Got through it and have an off day tomorrow so i hope i get some sleep. Didnt do cardio today cause i just didnt feel good. Hopeing some good sleep tomorrow will lead to some good cardio....

Awesome back workout...fast and furious. Done in 30 minutes.

That Super-Set,Tri-Set,Giant-Set combo is insane,I do it for arms at times.
Keeps getting harder each set.
