Flat Bench: 1 x 15 x 135 1 x 12 x 185 1 x 12 x 225 1 x 10 x 275 1 x 6 x 315 1 x 8 x 275 1 x 10 x 225
Incline Hammer Machine: 1 x 10 x 2 plates per side +25 1 x 10 x 3 plates per side 1 x 7 x 3 plates per side +25 1 x 8 x 3 plates per side
Flat Bench Hammer Machine: 3 x 10 x 2 plates per side
Pec Dec: 1 x 10 x 100 --> up 1 x 10 x 110 --> up 1 x 10 x 120 1 x 10 x 150 --> down 1 x 10 x 120 --> down 1 x 10 x 90
Calves Standing Calf Raise Machine: 4 x 10 x stack --> Each set supersetted with 20 x bodyweight. 4 x 10 x 3/4 stack --> Each set supersetted with 20 x bodyweight.
20 minutes cardio on elliptical machine

Good one Eric, I decided today I am going to have an abs day only. It is the only way I will do them. I hate ab work LOL Same with me. I do them one day a week and that is it. I try to kill them on that one day.

Same with me. I do them one day a week and that is it. I try to kill them on that one day. Kill them is an understatement!!! ;D I threw the ab wheel back in to the giant sets. I feel like someone ran my abs over with a car today. They are still sore as hell from Sunday.

I have been doing some research about powerlifting so that I can develop I nice routine. So of course I have been reading a lot of louie simmons stuff. Interestingly enough after his lifters go through thier main exercise they move onto the special exercises which are done very similiar to the way Eric trains. hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

From powerlifters. I powerlifted for three years. Two of the guys I trained with where ranked 8th and 10th in the world in their weight classes at the time. Heavy movements will work the fast twitch fibers. You also need to work the slow twitch fibers which is done with the other types of exercises I do. Working both types will make you stronger overall.
