Eric....your workouts are plain inspiring, bro. It's gonna be awesome to get to train with you when I come up. You are going to be READY, come this July!!! I'd love to see you get that pro card cause you sure as hell will have earned it! Keith Thanks Keith. I think this is the most motivated I have ever been training for a contest. Workouts are consistently good. We will get some good ones in when you come up.

Nice workouts Eric. What weight are you going for at the nationals? Thanks. I am hoping to come in close to 240 but I will let the mirror dictate where I should be. I was 254 tonight and still pretty lean. I was 235 at the NABBA Nationals.

I'm glad that the elbow is getting better Eric!
There is only us, bodybuilders, to say something like that "Off day - 25 minutes of cardio" :-)

I think the higher fat diet is definitely aiding in the recovery. I tend to diet on extremely low fat and I typically develope some kind of tendon or joint pain as a result.

You seem even more motivated. I may be a judge at that show this year.

Looks like a killer leg workout. You do come up with some torture. Torture is the name of the game if you want to continue to improve. The body is a creature of habit and will adjust very quickly to the same type of workout whether it be heavy or light. I always try to mix things up.
