Very impressive Mo. You have the diet down to a science. Slow and steady. Exactly how it should be done. You have about a zero chance of losing muscle this way.

Joel, thanks for the vote of confidence. I'm going to compare some of this year 207 lbs pics with last year's and see if I did put on some muscle mass. In my opinion, Shoulders, Traps and Legs have improved… just hope that's it's not only an impression :-p

Ein, when dieting I'm kind of unstable :-) One day (like last Monday) I'm flat, small and depleted so I feel like I look like nothing. The other day (like yesterday) I have a great pump and do not retain too much water so I feel like I dont look bad at all… so here is my plan: I need to keep my camera with me… and make sure I take pics on those rare particilar days! :-)

So true Randy, it plays with our mind… and mind game is the worst part of the contest prep! Or at least, it's equal with tanning :-)
Roger, I took some pics at 206lbs last week and although I dont like the lighting of it, I'm going to post them tonight, so stay tuned :-)

Highlights of the weeks:
- Liked the way I looked on Tuesday… but hated the way I looked on Thursday! Damn sport!
- Lowest carbs day this season… 140g on Saturday! And for the first time this year… a weekly average under 200g!!!!
- Felt very strong in the gym all week! At the opposite, felt more tired than usual during the evening after training…
- Come on Mo, 7 weeks to be ready for a first show! Holy crap... it's long and short at the same time :-)
