How is Fernand? Competing? Didn't he say "NEVER AGAIN"?
Fernand is doing good… excepted some little injuries, but nothing serious! He is going to compete on May 10th, at the same show than last year's which is not held at the same place I think! By the way, he said "NEVER AGAIN" this year also...
We did not ask for pics of your "Special friend"
Believe me, a half naked pic of my special friend would have been a lot worst for your eyes! :-)
----------------------
Week of March 31st to April 6th
- 3 weeks out from the Musclemania Connecticut Show (April 26th) - 9 weeks out from the WNSO Toronto pro show (June 14th)
M 380p 125c ------ 197 -------- Legs T 375p 150c ------ 197 -------- Chest / Shoulders W 310p 145c ------ 196 ------- T 365p 140c ------ 197 -------- Tris / Bis F 370p 115c ------ 197 -------- Back / Traps / Abs S 325p 070c ------ 196 --------- 15 mins cardio S 330p 120c ------ 196 --------- Legs / Calves
Average 350p 125c
Highlights of the week:
- You know what made me realize how close to the show I am? There is only 2 legs workout to do before it!!! :-) I like to do the final countdown by using the number of legs workouts :-)
- Had some great workouts. Usually, I lose a lot more strength during the contest season, I'm happy with how it goes this year, good stuff!
-Now… I'm hungry! I can easily visualize myself eating rice cakes with strawberry jam during the carbs load :-)
- Water is up to 5 liters a day. So I wake up 2-3 times every night :-) I cant wait to drink 10 liters the days prior the contest!
- Still take a daily multi-vitamines, fish oil and fiber supplements.

Randy, Chris, thanks for being here... I need it more than ever this morning... I feel so depleted and tired of this d*mn diet!!! At least, I'm very happy because I finally received my Time Travel Machine I'm going to need for the show This is a huuuuge machine believe me... I think it's going to leave a mark!!! Randy, Marie-Eve is looking very good and she has a superb routine... the only bad news is that she has been feeling some pain in her back during the last 2 weeks She is seeing specialists in order to find a way not to be to affected by it at the show! I cross my fingers! As for Fernand... I believe the show is in Providence, is that possible? Fern told my that it will be about 2 hours from Boston!

Man, you've got some great ideas floating around in this journal of yours man.
You're not just on the wagon, you're the one paving the road for the damned trains following behind. Keep it up bro.
