Chris,my leg press footplate splits in half so you can use it unilaterally,so it`s 6 plates per each leg,12 plates total weight on the machine................I wish it was 540 pounds, more like half that per quad. Phew!! I was gonna come steal your DNA! lol

Tim, if the zooloft has too many sides, I take Paxil for the same symptoms you describe. It doesn't sound like you gym sessions are suffering! I don't know about you but the gyms often my escape.

James,I`m taking Zoloft for depression and anxiety. Mo,because of my diet,April is definately a no go,unfortunately. Weirdly enough,I look retty damn good right now in spite of not being able to eat enough/properly. I undestand my friend. I hope we'll have other opportunities in a near futur... By the way, superb Chest workout Tim!!!!!

James, the gym is definately an outlet and a place where the time is all mine and it`s all business as usual.
The only side effect that I`m having trouble with is waves of nausea and a loss of appetite but that seems to be subsiding.
as a result of this, the doctor hasn`t increased my dosage so I`m still crazy!! LOL #ainsane1rk#
Randy and Mo,I sure would have liked to do the contest with you guys, but I just don`t feel right mentally not being able to eat as I should, though I don`t look any worse for it weirdly enough.
If I can`t cross all my "T"`s and dot all my "I"`s,then I won`t enter.
Next year for sure as I always wanted to try out MuscleMania.
Joel, your diet is inspiring me once again buddy!
No worries Tim. There will be a next time.

Awesome training Timmy!
Do you have any concerns about weight gain with Zoloft?
I have no personal experience but have had more than a couple of colleagues (all women now it comes to it) who had serious issues controlling weight while on it. Googling shows it to be an issue for a fair few it seems.

Not worried one bit though as I know how to eat right, most people have no clue.

Chris,I could never gain much weight at anytime in my life.......................especially not being able to eat as it is now. Not worried one bit though as I know how to eat right, most people have no clue. I hear you but one of my employees was a very fit woman who, despite a healthy lifestyle gained 15lbs. She lost it all quickly once off the Zoloft. I'm sure it won't an issue for you.

Went really light with very little rest today..........triceps are sore as hell from Wednesdays dumbell pullovers, and both biceps tendons hurt a bit.
Theraputic type of workout just trying to force a ton of blood into the arms.
I`m a firm beleiver in not training heavy when a bodypart is still sore,or skipping it altogether if soreness is extreme.
Fri. March 7th.
Biceps/Triceps,Calves,Cardio:
Biceps/Triceps:
Super-Set # 1 : {Kneeling Cable Curls: 5 x 12 with 5 plates {Bent-Forward Cable Extensions: 5 x 20 with 7 plates
Super-Set # 2 : {Reverse Curls: 4 x 15 with 50 pounds {Pressdowns: 4 x 20 with 5 plates
Super-Srt # 3 : {Bent-Over Dumbell Concentration Curl: 2 x 15 with a 25 pounder,non-stop going right from one arm immediately to the next for 2 sets. {Cybex Seated Triceps Extensions: 2 x 20 with 5 plates
Calves: Smith Machine Calf Raise: 6 x failure, plus half reps to failure and stretching
Cybex Rotary Calf Machine: 3 x failure, plus half reps to failure and stretching
Cardio: Waled on indoor track for 30 minutes
Huge pump !!

I`ve decided to take a full week off from the gym..................something I haven`t done in years.
In fact I haven`t missed a scheduled workout in eons!
I`m totally burnt out and can`t eat enough to support my training due to the meds I`m taking.
