Those weightes leg lifts are one of my favorite ab exercises. I did them with my legs straight out for a long time. I've recently been letting my knees bend somewhat, Seems a little more natural. I do them bringing my knees up.. Great stuff Steve! Looking real good. Your consistancy seems to be paying off!

Just as i hoped, solid chest workout
Incline Bench 185 x 6 (very easy) 195 x 6 195 x 5
Low Incline DB Press 75 x 6 75 x 6 80 x 6
Decline Bench 195 x 6
had a great workout today. felt strong and solid.
