Thanks Joel. I want to crank up the poundages, but i dono if i can get the full 12 reps without cheating Then don't! Like Mo says--- if you do three sets to 12 or whatever, you're not pushing enough. 12/12 and a really tough 11 will get you going.

next time ill crank it up to maybe 275/315, see how i feel. i dont like getting a calve workout when doing shrugs, if you know what i mean LOL
