Well well, I've missed you all.....especially tim,

I am back now, and still lifting...just took some time offline.

I have a new partner now, my gains are going pretty good, im lovin it! I experienced my first excercise induced headache last week and it stays with me each time I lift heavy....so I may take about 400mg of Ibprofin pre workout......it sucks getting that!
