I got sick and it sucks! I've missed 3 days of work and can't do anything but lie around. I hate being sick. I see the DOc this afternoon so maybe I'll get some drugs to knock this sh*t out. Did I mention I hate being sick!

So what is the planning? Rent a lot of DVD's and eat all day long! hey it's not that bad... It's even better if you have someone home that take care of you (it's great to complain all day long to your girlfriend ;D) Good remission! The motivation to train will be even higher after that! Mo

Sorry to hear that, man. I got sick with the stomach flu before Christmas, and it drove me crazy just having to lie in bed for one day, I finally had to walk around and sit up as soon as I could stand it (and I couldn't miss visiting WOTW ). So I can't imagine having to do it for 3 days or more. Get well soon!

I'm sure your joints will not mind the rest! If Steve is like me, he must know that... but he must feel that 3 days off the gym make him appear 30 pounds lighter ;D Mo, who should takes 3 days off to be nice with his joints

Passionatebb, I have a similiar yet funny story about that too. Years ago my wife and I were taking our two dogs (dalmation and pit bull) to the park to get some exercise. Well the pit bull always had gas. So we are driving along thinking she's just letting gas and we got the windows down. Well I decided to take a look to the back seat, and what did I see? You guessed it, dog Poop! Yuck! SHe was just looking at us like, "I'm sorry, but I had to go." ;D

Hahahaha!!! I know that look. I had put her in the car and then went to get some water to pour over the frost on the windshield. When I got in the car I didn't notice anything. But she had that look! Like, "I'm sorry. I love you. I'm sorry. I love you." How could I get mad at her then. So drove to the store with poop in my car! LOL.
