Do you guys think its a good idea to go into Steam room/Sauna or Hot tub after a good workout?
Or would going in it not be a good idea..cause it "relaxes" the muscles?

I do not do it enough, But when ever I get in the steam room, then the hot tub is always after I am done training. I know it keeps me from getting as sore as I usually get. I also feel the steam room gets a lot of toxins out of my body helping me to stay a way from colds and such during the colder months. I can't see a down side to relaxing the muscles. I'm interested in seeing some others opinion. Good topic Maximum

Whenever I have the opportunity, I LOVE a jacuzzi or hot tub after a workout (especially if my workout partner (my wife) is with me!) I don't care for it before my workout because I get too relaxed and lose my motivation!

It is cleaning out the pores in your skin so it would seem like that would help. Give it a try and see.
