Mo went to the gym for some #bbarbellsmiley4dr# , Then he hit the beach #bbeach3nu# He did legs until he was #aseeingstars5gt# Went back for even more #bbenchpress4zy# . He found #bcookingsmiley8cw# and ate as much protein as he could. A little down time for recovey #bcouchpotato0xe# didnt hurt. Look what happened #bflexsmiley1vs# . He wsa so excited that he went back to eat some more #bfridgesmiley1ym# . Tim, i've had 2 coats of Spray Tan at a tanning salon near where i live... after that, i did the final touchs with 1 coat of PRO TAN and some DREAM TAN cream and PAM before hitting the stage! I thing i look too dark on those back stage pics, but under the stage lights, i was pretty satisfyed with the colors final result!
