A big thanks to Mo, Randy, Gerry, YB and anybody else on here that helps me out with all your advice and support Everybody else around me thinks i'm crazy when it comes to my training. My colleagues are still suffering from shock that i'm in the gym before work and the mountain of food i eat ;D I'd love to see a whole weeks worth of food that i eat on a table in front of me! I had to dig out my books on brain surgery and rocket science to get the lighting sorted for the pics ;D I just stood in the unlit hallway and used the flash on the camera The next step is to learn poses better.

Gerry is THE man, no doubt about that!

Hey Lux:
What everyone here is saying about patience is correct. I have been lifting for 10 years recreationally but decided about 4 months ago to get VERY hardcore about it. By hardcore I mean lifting intensity, diet, supplements and "supplements". With that said, I've have learned more about bodybuilding and my body over these last four months that I did over the last 10 years. I've also learned alot about bodybuilding I didn't know in that any of these guys you see here that compete didn't do it overnight- huge gains don't come quickly no matter what you do- it comes from consistency!
I completely understand you being frustrated at times- I'm the same way- I feel I'm doing everything I can and yet once in a while I wonder - where are the gains???
Ha Ha- well they will come with consistency and patience.
Mike

Very TRUE Mike. I just try to look back at when I started and compare that way. If I try to compare this week to last week I just get dissapointed. The gains are comming, its just hard for us to see them with our own eyes.

Great posts, Mike and Randy. It's tough to be patient and consistent but it does pay off.
Many times we are our own worst enemies. With most of the guys I've worked with, they are self critical and never satisfied. That may be a good thing and can serve as a motivator to improve.
We never really reach perfection. Can only approach it as closely as we possibly can. Keep at it!!

Hard to tell bro. Little smoother in this photo compared to the first page. How about a front shot? I know you hate that. Do what your heart tells you man. If you dont like how you look and feel than change it. Get lean.

Lux… you'll see the new beef you gained WHEN YOU WILL CUT and bring your bodyfat at the same level than the first pics… comparing off season and on season pics is like comparing apples ans oranges!
