An arm flexed pic from last week. All pics are taken cold as i feel that when i'm pumped i look bulkier but not as good. I'm not big but i'm always training hard to get bigger!

Yep, this pic may look funny due to the angle of my legs.I had to do this as i have typical ectomorph legs and i'm only just beginning to experience growth on these twigs!

This pic was taken as the camera went off before i had chance to pose. I always feel unhappy with my front pics but i'll get better at most muscular etc over time.

The date on the pic shows when this was taken. I had gained a little extra fat from the previous weeks but still very lean! I had to gain some fat after this as the size of my frame left me looking like a crackhead with muscles!

I agree with Tim, you look good, Lux! Especially arms and delts. Actually, I thought your quads look good too, better than so many guys I see that only work upper body and neglect their legs! Don't remember if you have posted stats and history elsewhere on the board, but that would be good to post along w/ your pics too. Good job, keep it going!

Thanks for your comments guys, and gals Its really good to get a thumbs up for your hard work and recognition that what your doing is working! I havn't really payed much attention to any stats, i'll have to get a tape measure out some time and post them. The last time i checked any measurements was months ago and that was only my arms They came in at 14.5", waist 29", height 5'7", weight around 138-140lb? I've been training scrappily over the past 2-3 years with no clue about intensity, nutrition, plateaus, routines. Until i got online just over a year ago and i started to pick up some info. Some was boll****, but some was good. I'd say the past year i've been training properly and i feel i have a better idea about training and diet now. I'm always learning and always open to new ideas, the hardest thing i find is all the experimenting that is neccessary to find what is best for "you"! Trying to find the best diet, training etc can be a long process to go through but its good when it all comes together

The two pics i just posted were taken a couple of weeks ago. I'm not too keen on them as i feel i havn't been making many changes this year. I do look a little better now but just as i tried to take some more pics my bloomin batteries died Yesterday i was feeling really pissed and frustrated with everything. I used to train with extremely brief rest times and i'm now trying something different. Maybe it will work or maybe it wont and i'll go back to my brief rests. Anyway, i'm training using p/rr/s for the next 9-10 weeks. Loving the strength increases so far and definately growing but i'm a little impatient. Now i can post pics i wiil put some more on here when i feel they're worth posting.

Everything will fall into place in time, Lux. Some patience is necessary in this sport. But you are heading in the right direction, so keep at it and good things will happen.

My horoscopes today said a new and fresh attitude towards a fitness plan will work well this time! Oooww, spooky ;D
Thanks for the thumbs up, i'm sure one day i'll step on that scale or look in the mirror and my concerns will seem silly. I'm definately staying dedicated, i couldn't imagine breaking away from this lifestyle after the hard work and dedication so far.

Just keep at it. There is one thing that will keep you in the game, and that's consistancy and patience. Most people expect to get big or ripped overnight. In BBing, there IS NO REPLACEMENT! One day, you'll wake up looking exactly as you wish to. Just keep at it Lux! Good pics!

Patience, Patience, Patience, my friend. If anything will teach you that its the IRON game. If you dont have patience you lose!!! You are doing GREAT. You look and probably feel better than about 95% of society. Keep lifting harder and heavier and it is inevitable. You will GROW!!!!!!!
Only QUITERS make NO progress!!
