Damn Mac.......you`re a big dude,280 at 6' is enormous!! :Not Worthy:
Are you ever gonna` cut down and try to get extremely lean..........I bet you could be shredded at 240-250 which would be very impressive to say the least. :Rocker Dude:
At 250 ir so,if I were you I`d go for a contest.

Agree with Tim. At 240-245 you would be a shredded super heavy. And not too many of those around. You should be proud of yourself not shy. Keep up the great work!

I'm afraid to get small been big so long LOL.
Actually the first year i quit drinking and using i gained 75 pounds OF FAT that was little over 4 years ago i was around 290 since then i've dropped my body fat considerably and gained mucho muscles and it is time i dropped this weight for nothing more then health reason.
But i have not gotten my mind over matter hat on yet and have bad eating habits, i've tried a few different things to regulate my diet but guess i'm just not ready to change yet, but it's coming.
Thanks for props guys

Very good progress. You should be encouraged by it, as well as proud of yourself!

Thanks guys, i really am encouraged i really pushed hard last year, so many things to discourage and get in the way of progress but there's a way around anything. Right now it's something mental sorta like i have no goal, last year i wanted to hit big weight and i did 350 pounds on the incline was my goal and i got it. Now it's like ok i hit it and i felt the pain i don't want that pain anymore and fear of severe injury thats why i'm sticking to bodyfx's workout just finished week 3 of my first cycle and i think this is going to work for me for awhile i hope. I'm really trying to gear my mind up for a diet i know i have GOT to do it and get my weight down, just have to decide when and stick to it this time. Thanks again for props

You might still want a protein shake before bed to hold off catabolism through the night.

I can understand why you blurred out your face. I posted my picture on another muscle posting site. I then was informed someone used my picture on a gay dating site. The name used on the site was muscle hottie. For three weeks the guy at the gas station was winking at me. Not that there's anything wrong with that. (Seinfeld reference)
