Looks like you've got a solid base to work with. I don't think you'll have to wait 4 years to compete, though. You'd be amazed at how much your body will change when you actually go through a contest diet. Keep up the good work & make your goal of competing a reality!

Looking good Johnny..............I would say that if you are consistant and persistant, you won`t have to wait anywhere near that long to compete.
Stay focused bud!! :Rocker Dude:

Thanks for the encouragement, it really gives me motivation. I have lifted off and on since 1988, but I have only been on a regiment since January. To say the least my training has been hit or miss, but I have devoted my free time to learning more about training and diet. This site has helped a lot and I really enjoy the process of changing my body.

Look solid and definitely headed in the right direction. Good luck. You may be ready for the stage in 2 years!

Thanks Gerry, I have more focus than I hadin the past. Maybe I am getting older, but I find the process of changing a human body through diet and exercise is intellecutally stimulating. Its a trip to think about what is going on and I have learned a lot from this board, in-human's section is great.
