Thanks for all the support everyone. You're all so wonderful!! Leaner and harder is what I'm trying to accomplish over the next few weeks. It's going to be hard but with an amazing supporter (my honey) I'll be able to do the best I can. He truely is wonderful!! Thanks!!  |

Well gang. She did it AGAIN. Jen won her class at Mike Katz NPC show yesterday. She was great as always. Gotta LOVE her.

Thank you all once again!! I could do none of this without the unconditional support of Randy. I really stuggled to get motivated for this show, as many of you may know I was focused on the USBF national and they changed the date and location on me so I decided not to do that show. For me it's really difficult to be completely focused on something then have to change my focus completely. But Randy helped me out so much, he gave me pep-talks when I needed them most (and I needed a bunch of them) and he assured me it'll be over soon and it'll be perfect timing for Thanksgiving!! Overall I had a blast it was a lot of fun meeting all of the competitors and meeting Mike Katz, what a wonderful guy he is. The show was really well run and it was finished in record timing!! I hope everyone enjoys their time off for the winter and eats up. I will be. I'm going to figure out what I'm going to do for the Spring and focus on getting bigger and harder and leaner for next year. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving everyone!! Ha!! I think of this place as my support group. I hear from too many people all of the time "your too thin, you should eat more, what, this isn't in your diet?, why are you dieting??" At least here people understand freaks like me, because here, we're all freaks, in the nicest meaning of freak possible, of course. I just wish I could get on here more often. You're all so wonderful!! Hopefully one day we can have a WOTW party, with tons of, yummy, tasty food, no chicken allowed!!  Hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Randy and I sure did!! I'm excited for the holidays soon to come!! Be safe. (stay away from mobbing women trying to buy gifts) |
