She pulled it off. Two in a row. On April 16 my GF Defended her title as the USBF overall figure champ and the went on to win AGAIN the following week at Muscle Mania, Fitness, Bikini Atlantic. GREAT show. Lots of competition. Both guys and girls!! I also want to thank Tim and Erik for calming my nerves with there promt answers to my questions. Being from Massachusettes,I know Kevin Topka from Al Thurstons old NABF contests...........I also did the `96 Mr. Mass. which was put on by Todd Ganci.
Once you win the Musclemania event,you have arrived!

Finaly, I was able to get an account set up. Thank you all for your kind words and wishes of luck!!! It really means a ton to me to have support like I do. I'm sure you all can see how supportive and wonderful Randy has been. He is always doing homework for me, trying to find out what will work best for me. He is my biggest fan and extrememly supportive. It's not easy to watch a full day of competitions, especially two weeks in a row. ugh!! I thank his so much and I appreciate everything he has done for me and will continue to do in the future and I will support whatever he choose to do with his. Over the past few months, I've have learned so much about myself and how my body works, I hope to have the success that I've had recently, in the future. My next goal will be the USBF Nationals in November. Time for me to begin my research and planning. Fun stuff!! Thanks for all the support!! Good luck to all of you !!  |

Thank you all!! As of last night I'm concidering doing the Muscle Mania/ Fitness/ Bikini Universe at the end of June!!! I'm going to seek out some soponsors to help with this one, it's in sunny Miami. Does anyone one know of any supplement company (or any company) that helps out compeditors with competiton fees?? Try tanning salons in your town/area. Also steak houses and believe it or not, automotive places. Offer them something in return, like pictures and/or 1 free training session, something like that.
You're gonna do great!!!
