Chanman, You look VERY good and have quite a bit of muscle, but in my opinion, based on your current condition, I'd wait for the June 10th show.. Keep dieting as if you were going to do the early show as LOT can happen in 6 weeks, but I'd say conditioning is your #1 priority right now.. You've got plenty of muscle, so don't worry about your weight going down or anything like that as bodybuilding is all about illusion(unless you are Ronnie Coleman) and the more shredded you get, the bigger you will look on stage. I just did a show a month ago and got blown out of the water, not b/c I was too small, but b/c I wasn't hard enough & my skin wasn't "shrink-wrapped" so to speak. Conditioning is EVERYTHING and if you don't have it, no amount of muscle, or symmetry, pleasing shape, or anything else you have will make a difference. Please trust me on this. Once you get that down, you will look GREAT! Keep going!!

Talking to coach, he and I agree that I got TOO fat in the offseason and that Its BETTER than I skip the june 10th show and DO the NGA show June 25 so I represent myself in the BEST possible Condition So its 3 weeks more so lol back to 9 weeks out haahh

Based on pics alone, it doesn't appear you will be conditioned enough for the June 10th show. I would definitely shoot for the June 25th to give you more time. You can do a lot on 9 weeks....have someone look at your diet plan so you can do it right.
