Side Tri side chest abs and thighs Rear Lat rear double bi (used left leg as a suggestion from someone here a whle back) Most muscular Almost there on stage. Gonna do the best I can. You have come a loooooooooong way my friend, but as we have discussed already, your offseason condition got way out of hand making it basically impossible for you to be even NEAR 100% for this show. However, there are improvements every single week, and simply using this show as a tuneup for October will only serve to light your fire even more. I can promise you this...whatever you look like in 3 weeks will not even be in the same galaxy as compared to what you will look like in October!!
