Please welcome bodyfx to the mod team. He`s a great guy, and I know he will be a valuable asset to this board. He has a great physique also, and unlimited knowledge in training,nutrition,contest prep,supplementation,fat loss, etc.,etc. etc. You name it.......... and this guy know`s it. He also has written articles for major bodybuilding publications,runs his own personal training business and has a great message board among tons of other things!! Glad to have you aboard my friend!!  |

Well, I finally made it over here and I want to thank Tim for the opportunity to mod on his awesome site, and to everyone else that made me feel welcome!
