Hey guys, How many of you are offseason? I am!! Im trying something different. I used to get as big as humanly possible by eating LARGE amounts of everything. Not Anymore!! Im now eating clean with about 60-100 carbs a meal and about 40-50 grams of protein a meal. 6-8 meals. The majority of my carbs are from oatmeal. My strength isnt too far off from when I was fat. I seem to like this better so far! How is it going for you guys?
