Hey guys,
I figured I would do a little planning ahead for my next dieting phase.
I was able to get down extremely lean using Tim`s carb cycle of 150,100,50,125,200 and 1.5 grams per lb of bodyweight in protein.
With that said, for my individual needs ,I decided to play with some numbers and did some figuring. Tell me what you guys think.
The diet I designed is for 15 weeks. Protein always remains at 1.5-1.7 grams per lb of bodyweight.
Now for the carbs:
Weeks 1-3: 260,175,85,220,350 Weeks 4-6: 210,140,70,175,280 Weeks 7-9: 160,105,50, 130,210 Weeks 10-12:105,70,35,90,140 Weeks 13-15:50,35,0-20,45,70
The last week would be a Carb up week.
What do you guys think?
The numbers I arrived at are the same ratios of Tim`s diet. The major differences are the carb cycle starts higher and planes downward and ending lower.

Oh I forgot to add,
Increase Protein in weeks 13-15 if needed. Also Increase EFA`s if needed.
