I`d say it`s betwen Darrem,Phil,and Dave Henry,just like in Colorado!!

Contest is tomorrow night (Sat.).........I`ll post pics and updates as soon as I get them.

Any other predictions?

Kamali is supposedly in good shape but I doubt if he`ll have any impact at all.

Dennis James looks good,but midsection is too big, unless he can drop a ton of water....nada!!

What about Toney Freeman? If he got any harder from the previous show do you think he would have more of an impact?

I haven`t seen any recent pics of Tony,but here`s a few shots of Luke Wood taken at 3 weeks out training at Milos Sarcevs gym.

Tim, the show is tomorrow the 20th. Prejudge at 2PM and evening show at 8PM.

Luke could be a real surprise. He seems to look better than last year. And Dennis James could be up there if he nails his conditioning. That has historically been a problem for Dennis, but when he is on watch out!

Darrem is the defending champ and I suspect he wanted to peak for this, but Phil and Dave will be tough again!

I actually like the look Luke has and I think he is very hungry so this may be a good outing for him.
I think the top 5-7 will be a great group if the guys hit their conditioning right.
