By Me.. chanman83 aka andrew
Well, Animal aka Universal decided they wanted to make a training series and they are using Frank Mcgrath aka Wrath. For those who don't know, Wrath he's their new bodybuilder and is their main guy for their Journey series which is awesome to me. Anyway, back to the DVD, there isn't much on the way of "training" as the DVD is more showing Wrath working out.
Shown in black and white, they go through his arms workout and with hard pumping music coming in and out throughout the workout. There is no dialogue between Wrath and anyone and the gym looks like Dorian Yates type dungeon.
The DVD is only 30 minutes long and for $15.95 the price I guess isn't bad. I personally haven't seen many "training" videos but I would assume they would show more as in instruction but this DVD going with the ANIMAL trademark is more for motivation rather than anything to learn from.
Is this worth 16 bucks? Depends on what you make of it. Any fans of animal will love this; anyone who expected will be disappointed.
Compared to pro's DVDs like Jay’s where you pay 40 for 6 hrs, 30 mins for 15 isn't the greatest. I'll see what other stuff animal comes out with using the "training series" label.
