Tonight during my WO I must have looked pretty crazy. I was trying to do exercises sort of in between sets to see which ones would use minimal or no shoulder movement. This is what I came up with. Possibly for bi's: Hammer curls with DB and lower weights/higher reps, standing BB curls with a straight bar, again low wt/increase reps. Possibly for Tri's: Push downs; MAYBE kick backs if very strict with a smaller movement. Back and Chest, I could not find an exercise that did not really put at least pressure on the shoulder. Someone named Beckie just signed on and she had a shoulder problem, a separation. Check her out, she had 6 mths of rehab. She may have different exercises she learned through therapy. Hang in there.....I'm here for ya!!!

You will have to be very careful! I couldn't do much upper body at all,a few curls here and there but I wasn't even allowed to HOLD a BB or heavy DB,the pain was that bad. If I were you I would even try to do any triceps if the pain is running down the back of your arm...i made my shoulder much worse by continuing to train on it.. #bheadbanger4ga#

If you wouldn't mind filling me in on that, I can probably give you pleanty of ideas. I dislocated my right shoulder 20 years ago going for a college inlcine bench press record, and it's been bothering me ever since. I've been told that surgery is the only solution, but no doc will guarantee me that I will be able to train again, so I've just decided to live with it. There are a ton of exercises that I can't do, so I've had to search high and low to find one's that I can do. I'd be more than happy to share them with you once I have the particulars of your injury. Sicario.
