For Women....
its hard for me to tell how they train differently mainly because they all use some similar exercises to build a good physique....and they all eat multiple times during the day.
Can anyone explain??

I personally and probably some other women train just like a man would since our bodys are made the same in regards to muscles. I eat every 2-3 hours too. Alot of people including women think they should not lift heavy in fear they will look like a man. Which it is not true, we are not made that way. We do have testrone in us but not as much.

no differently really-the only difference is the amount of muscle size we aim for. I eat, train and sleep the same way everybody else does!

Beckie, I just read all about you and I must say that Tim has gathered quite a number of distinguised ladies for his site. You have surmounted many obstacles but still manage to help others! My hats off to you! #bowdown3ht# #bowdown3ht#

Thanks musclegrl! I now say to anyone 'if I can do it with an anxiety disorder' you certainly can!
