Well put hubby on the boat at 7am and he just called and they are off to the Artic Circle....Not sad yet but I am sure it will hit me in a couple of weeks. Thanks about the deads but just wait and see what I am going to push my self for now. I will be able to put all my thoghts of hubby into pushing the weight.... ;D Today is leg day and maybe a light walk with the kiddos to feed the ducks afterwards. My traps are still talking to me and so are my forearms. Oh hubby to the good digtal camera with him and forgot to get pictures so I will try to get the old camera out and take them myself(yikes). My back has really grown and is leaning out very nicely, my legs are unbelievable I keep flexing them and can not believe they are mine...does that make and sense. Smiles s I LOVE that you said you keep flexing your legs!!!! Makes perfect sense to me since I flex body part(s) I like!!! We can be weird together!!! I LOVE your legs and back!!! I want your legs!!!!! If you can take the pic's. I'd really like to see updated pic's. squats 135x10, 185x8, 205x6,225x3(thats all I could take) hack squats 300x10,320x10,360x10(someone clean up on aisle 2 SLDL 3x10 85 Leg curls 3x10 drop set 40,20,10
I was whipped after this workout. I rested maybe a minute in between. Tomorrow will be calves, abs and some cardio.

Did go to the gym today. Was going to do calves and abs but ended up with Bis and abs. Ending with 15min HIIT. Tomorrow chest day and 45 cardio.
Bis Db alt curls 3x10 15,20,25 Cable curls drop set 3x10 40,30,20 each side weighted crunches 3x15 slow side crunches 3x15 slow

Last nights workout was okay had to take it light due to my shoulder still acting up.
Flat bench press 95x6reps, 105x5reps, 110x4reps
Incline Db press 20x12reps, 30x6reps, 40x5reps
Seated BB shoulder press 65x6reps, 70x5reps, 70x5reps
Upright Db Rows slow 3 sets 20x8reps
Superset Db Laterals side/front 3 set 15x10reps, 10x10reps
Lying Rear Db Laterals 3sets 10x15reps
Overhead Extension 3sets 20x10reps, 30x10reps, 30x10reps
Skull crusher slow 3sets 25x10reps
Pushdowns on a curved bar 3sets 10reps 50,60,60
Reverse grip pushdowns 3sets 10 reps 30,40,40
Decided to do 15 min HIIT on the stairmaster since I was running late to get home.
Got up this morning and all I can say is oh my was checking out my back and could not believe what I saw. I will have to get a friend to take a picture this weekend. I have made tremendous strides in developing the back I have now. Today will be just cardio 45mins light cardio and maybe some calf work.

#drunksmiley4op# Wow, I had the time of my life this weekend. Met some crazy people, at the party I went to on Friday. Long story short me and the girls got home around 3am on friday. I worked in my garden 4hours on Saturday then on Sunday I worked about 6 hours. So I got in plenty of cardio from Friday- Sunday...lol
Well tonight is back night YAHOOOO. I will post later.

Tonight will be abs, calves, bis and some cardio. Had some friend drama the last 2 nights so no DAMN Pictures. I could not feasbly ask her between her tears to take pictures.....dont think that would have been good. my babies left last night to fly to my moms house all by themselves...... so I skipped last night to spend an extra hour with them. They wont be back until Aug. 15,.....what will I do this summer with no kids and no hubby hummmmm workout maybe spend time with friends I have not seen in long time, relax.....and maybe go to six flagssssss yeahhhhh.
