Proud of you, Kyle. Did a terrific job. And I agree about back double being your strongest shot. Already have a couple routine ideas for the next one! ;D
Congrats and luck in future comps!

Thanks alot guys! To answer all your questions:
I don't know when the next show is. Depends on my leg development. If I get that down and put on about 5-7 pounds, I'll be doing the Ohio State Championships adn Natural Northern next Sept and Oct. If I'm not where I want, I have a feeling the competitive juices will be flowing and I'll wan tto get in there around Summer, but I'm going to tbe PATIENT
Jerry, next time I'm working with you MORE! hahaha.
I weighed about 165, but we didn't pull ANY WATER at all there! My second show I was 162, so I have about 14 pounds to play w/ in the middle weight. I figure if I come in tighter and w/ more muscle, I'll be doing some damage!

you looked GREAT. And I don't think your legs are a weakpoint... I don't think you got them quite lean enough and you need to work on making sure you flex them when you pose. BUT you have an awsome pair of arms, awsome shoulders, and a great back! Congrats bro! -Layne

Great work bro!! VERY well done!! Congrats on your success I agree with str8flexed; your legs are not a weak point! A bit more leanness would have brought them out more... perhaps some more water regulation. However, you were nice and tight up top. Great serratus, shoulders and awesome back!! I think, also, you'll find that as you rip down each time, you'll come in tighter and tighter. I did, anyway. Again, Fabulous work! T
