I was doing my shoulder work, had my Underarmor A shirt on and looked up.
I DID NOT RECOGNIZE MYSELF!!!!
WHO THE HELL IS THAT? Oh F*CK! Thats ME!
After years and being so sick, I'm almost back to my show size in '88.
It took everything not to sit down and cry.

I won`t disclose too much here ,but for people that aren`t aware of Brock`s "story", he was very ill at certain points, and is now enjoying good health, and renewed enthusiasm with his training,and it sounds like he`s rounding right back into great form!!  Keep pumping brother,we`re all behind you! |

Nothing wrong with UA Heh heh heh Thanks Str8! Nice to see someone who appreciates showing some muscle in the gym from time to time. Still dont get how you are supposed to work a body part without seeing it. Arnold advocated wearing the most revealing on your worst bodypart so you'd be reminded to work it more.
