bunch of women at a party where I dropped of my son today. They've all known me for 7 years or so because our kids have been going to school together. They all know I did a show back when.
Anyway, one of them who rarely sees me except maybe twice/year says "so, I are you still doing the bodybuilding thing?"
at this point I usually cringe and say "I thought I was" but she quickly followed with
"It really shows. You're shoulders and chest are looking nice and thick - way bigger"
At which point the other 3 women who see me more regularly because our kids are close friends nod in agreement as if they've been thinking it all along.
And here I was, having a fat day. I think I'll celebrate by eating a steak.
